The Fundamentals Class is open to the public. It provides a foundation in the basic movements, strategy, and principles of Hapkido as practiced in the Han style of Hapkido.

 

The Fundamentals Class introduces:

  • Body conditioning

  • Rolling & falling

  • Footwork & body movement

  • Basic striking

  • HoShinSul (self-defense exercises)

  • Mukyum (meditation)

  • Ki Exercises (internal energy development)
