FrooFroo is the way to add variety to your workout. We utilize the most diverse set of movement
drills and patterns to slay the evil dragon of monotony. FrooFroo is also a great place to experience
the benefits of positive peer pressure. Get fit, get healthy, and make new friends!
I've never exercised a day in my life. Can I FrooFroo?
Don't worry. We can help. Our staff is knowledgable and experienced working with newbies and those who have
been out of commission for some time. We actually love to work with this poplutation. There is nothing
more gratifying then helping someone achieve what they previously thought impossible. Each trainer is
adapt at working with a variety of special populations from Seniors to Youth, Post-surgery to High Blood Pressure,
and Clinically obese to Fit.
I'm active, but I'm prone to injuries. Will FrooFroo hurt me?
Our classes are led by educated professionals, prepared to help you not only heal from
past injuries, but to help you prevent future ones. Screening for muscular imbalances and customized
post-rehab and pre-hab exercises are available. Don't let past issues keep you down!
Is this a cardio kick class?
In some ways yes, and in some ways no. We do utilize movements from boxing, kickboxing and martial arts;
however, we also incorporate resistance training, body weight exercises, SAQ (speed, agility, quickness),
functional balance drills, and dynamic flexibilty exercises.
Blood, Sweat & Cheesecake?
Ok, so we got the idea from a great documentary about hockey players entitled "Blood,
Sweat & Cookies." This mantra reminds us that although we love to be fit, we are also
foodies. All the blood and sweat is worth it when we, in moderation and pure bliss, enjoy
our (enter favorite indulgence here).
