Training

All of Do Shim's sessions are led by authorized and experienced instructors. Master Julia Khan personally oversees the private and group sessions to ensure consistency and quality. Every student is first met with on an individual basis to ascertain fitness level and specific goals. With this information in hand, our instructors tailor a private, group or hybrid program to fit your individual needs.

Group Training

Do Shim Mudo's small group training offers the student a collaborative setting. This provides for greater feedback during skill acquisition, while at the same time offering individualized training.

Private Training

Private sessions are conducted in intervals of 45 minutes. Frequency from week to week varies depending on your goals. Most of our clients train 2-3 times per week for optimal results.

Hybrid

Our Hybrid System is a unique approach to training. When joining this program, you will enjoy the intensity of group sessions with highly individualized attention. Students here generally train privately 1-2x and enjoy a group session each week.
