Where does training take place?
Your elite private training sessions may be conducted at our facilities
on the Eastside, at your residence's gym, in your office/home or outside
in the fresh air.

consultation. During your consultation, you will meet with a trainer
to discuss your goals for training and any questions you may have. The
initial consultation is a great way for future clients to meet with
a trainer to discuss goals and concerns, as well as to provide you with
a comfortable forum to ask questions about our systems and practices.
Following the meet-&-greet, you will receive a physical assesment,
and a 15-20 minute private lesson.
How much does it cost?
Once you have decided Do Shim Mudo is right for you, all of our clients
begin with a Trial Program before ultimately committing to a program.
Do Shim Mudo offers a variety of competitive packages. Our current Trial
Program is a great value, and includes:
4 Week Enrollment
2 One-on-One sessions/week
Uniform (Traditional Students)
or Boxing Gloves & Handwraps (Freestyle Clients)
