Consultation : Before we can begin helping you achieve your specific goals, we’ll first meet with you to discuss your health history, injury profile, and current fitness level. With your permission, we may also contact your physicians, physical therapists, or specialists who can offer us valuable insights into your existing or pre-existing conditions. The more we know about your health, the more accurately we can design a safe and effective program for you.


Customization : After reviewing your comprehensive health/injury profile, we’ll discuss your specific fitness and life goals. We can then create a personalized, multi-faceted program that will combine your unique personal goals with your health history, your injury profile and your physician’s specific recommendations.



Two key factors that will determine the success of your customized program are session frequency and adherence.

Session frequency - refers to the number of workout sessions per week. We recommend a session frequency of three per week when starting your program in order for you to achieve a consistent training rhythm and to maximize your results.
Adherence - is the act of maintaining a training protocol over a period of time. Our clients adhere to their program because of its highly customized nature. Your goals, special needs and preferences will all be taken into consideration when developing your training regime.


Combination : We’ll pair you with the trainer who we feel is best suited to your needs, your personality, your history of physical activity, your lifestyle and your availability. It is this synergy between you and our skilled specialists that is an essential ingredient for the success of your program - adherence.
